My Client is in need of a simple yet dynamic Real Estate website with a well-suited interactive UI that will be ranked amongst the first Real Estate Firm in Lagos on Google Search. In addition to that, the website must possess the following functionalities -:
1. Possess login portal for clients to log in and check their statement of account
(a) On this login platform, it will possess partners or staff details which include full name, phone number and picture id.
(b) Staffs/Partners can also monitor defaulting clients for follow-up purpose
2. Clients will be able to upload evidence of payment for confirmation by the accounting department
3. Ability to download company's receipt and deed of assignment
4. Customers can fill and submit forms online
5. Customers can check their statement of account asap
6. Registration Portal where customers or prospects can register as partners
7. A tab to enable client schedule and book appointment for inspection
8. Newsletter subscribing form pop up
9. A feedback form about our service pops up just before login out of our website
10. Possess chat pop up
11. SSL Certificate (Not the Free Version Please)
12. Affiliate Marketing in the site where every staff or partner can have a form of link attached to them to help trace transactions coming from their online marketing platform. Possess automatic referral link to enable partners to sign up and perform affiliate marketing.
13. Embedded Social Media Platforms
