Build me a video host website

I want you to do these following tasks 1. Simple Homepage with a contact page. 2. Uploading files via FTP/browser. 3. File manager (rename, delete, copy iframe, copy iframe link - just the normal stuff) 4. Hotlink protection. 5. Multiple server support (Since we will need to add more and more servers as we store more files and get more traffic on the site) 6. Allow embedding (use of iframes on our files) only specific domains or allowing all domains (*) 7. Add popup code on specific files or all (*) - we will add the checkbox for popup code on file manager - So only files checkboxed will display popup ads and others will not. or we can checkbox all in one go if we want ads on all files. 8. Speed limitation (first 20 seconds would not be limited) [This would save us bandwidth] 9. Anything that gives us the best speeds/efficiency ----------------------------------------- Phase 2 (We will add this later on) 1. user roles 2. affiliate program 3. statistics, storage and everything else ( we will talk about this once we have both things running)
