I'm looking for a developer who can create a mobile website OR Android app for Instagram exchange network, the idea is like any other website online, must have a database, the users registered in the site must be able to gain points by doing activities/actions between users registered in the site, such as: - Watching Live on Instagram (This is a must-have) - Like posts on Instagram - Comments on Instagram - Watching/Checking/Opening profiles on Instagram The platform must have an administrator panel They must register their account by email and password or login with the Instagram account api.
