I need a macro to take text from a spread sheet, go to the web browser window (firefox) and paste it into a specific box, hit enter to refresh the page/content, wait 7 seconds, then go back to the spreadsheet and move down the list of text until it travels the entire index.

Relevant Skills and Experience I have more then 8 years of Excel VBA experience. Also I have 6 years of vb.net experience to automate web process.
