Build HTML hover carousel that I can put into my WIX site.

Hello! I'm not sure how to go about this. But I build websites in WIX and I need someone who can help build specialized components that I can't insert into my wix page. I have attached an image of what I envision. Basically, I want to be able to: 1. There will be about 10 agents who will all have a rectangle with their photo in it. 2. You can hover back and fourth to scroll through. NOTE I do NOT want where you have to click side-to-side. Needs to hover and it seamlessly slides left and right. 3. The agent you have selected will get bigger and then the other ones. The bigger card will also display new information. In the hover box 5. The styling will be similar to my mock up, but we can talk more about it. I have attached a mock up I did showing a still image of how this would look. Can you show me an example of work you've done or another one that is similar of how yours would turn out? Wix lets you insert HTML snippets.
