Build a currency calculator and currency order page, existing site

I am currently developing a website and in relation to that I need some help developing two things. 1. A currency calculator 2. A currency ordering process CURRENCY CALCULATOR The currently calculator should have two tabs: buy and sell. The currency calculator has the following fields: • Currency (select): Should display options based on currencies from the database. • Rate (input - read): Should display the rate (buy rate if the user chose “buy” and sell rate if the user chose “sell”) of the currency selected. The rate should also be retrieved from the database. • Amount in currency (input - write): Should take an input from the user and calculate the amount in local based on rate, and output the local amount in the field “Amount in local”. Amount in local (input - write)_ Should take an input from the user and calculate the amount in currency based on rate, and output the currency amount in the field “Amount in currency”. When buying currency the user should be able to order currency, as shown in the wireframe sketch. ORDER CURRENCY The currency ordering process consists of 3 steps: 1. Selecting currencies and entering amounts 2. Selecting pickup branch and date 3. Entering personal information These three steps should all be carried on the same page, so that the user is not changing pages, but remains on the same page. Furthermore there should be a window at the top, illustrating the steps, which steps are done and which are remaining, as displayed in the wireframe sketch. Step 1 - Currency & Amount: This step consists of the following fields: • Currency (select): Should display options based on currencies from the database. • Rate (input - read): Should display the buy rate of the currency selected. The rate should also be retrieved from the database. • Amount in currency (input - write): Should take an input from the user and calculate the amount in local based on rate, and output the local amount in the field “Amount in local”. • Amount in local (input - write)_ Should take an input from the user and calculate the amount in currency based on rate, and output the currency amount in the field “Amount in currency”. Step 2 - Pickup Information: This step consists of the following fields: • Pickup branch (select): Should display options based on branches from the database. Should display (name): (street_address), (postal_code) (city). Should furthermore only display branches with country = “Denmark”. • Pickup date (date picker or enter manually): The user should be able to either select or enter a date. Step 3 - Personal Information: This step consists of the following fields: • First name (input) • Last name (input) • E-mail (input): Should validate if it is a valid e-mail address. • Country Code and Phone number. • Accept terms and conditions (checkbox): The sentence “terms and conditions” should be a link. Link will be set later. Order Overview: During the order, the user should be able to see an order overview of their current order. Submit: When the form is successfully submitted the user should be shown a confirmation that the order has been placed, as shown in the wireframe sketch. This confirmation should also be sent to the user’s e-mail. Furthermore the data should be sent to the database and stored in a table, and an e-mail should be sent to the branch (should be easily changeable). The layout for this should be the same as the e-mail sent to the user, but with some changes in text. The changes are visible in the wireframe sketch. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • I’m primarily working from an environment that utilizes Bootstrap, and the code should therefore also be compatible with and utilize Bootstrap. • Im working with a MySQL database. A bit more extensive description is attached to the project. Wireframes will be sent on acceptance of project.
