Hi I'm looking to build a chatbot with the below functionality 1. To provide a 24/7 company presence,engaging with customers, answering questions and expanding the company’s presence across social media Letting the bot handle introductions and the basic level of information before basic redirection share company history and promotion 2. API to Travelport Galileo but supports Whatsapp business, Email, and Facebook as a Channel of communication 3. NLP for English and Setswana 4. Help provide a customer service presence, lead generation or deal with basic queries, answering frequently asked questions 5. Help to build and sell travel packages by developing customer profiles if you need to find what they want, help potential customers find the ideal trip or event they want, send specials create a package and complete the sales transaction. 8. Use social media tools like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp business, email 9. help a small business act big, to present adventures in new and interesting ways, with images, video and other content. Sharing social content via database 10. Share events, holidays and happy birthday messages, have memories of previous chats and be able to refer to previous chats for intelligent communication 11. Be able to monitor sales and interactions of sales consultants, on their Galileo app and email on their desktop (Timelyapp) has this functionality 12. The chatbot must be Customer service experience CENTRIC IT HAS TO BE A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE have a PERSONALITY, Have a birth place story age gender
