I want a car tracking website that will use geo-locations on Android apk to track.
It will have the capacity to have very many (unlimited) geo-fences with different definitions, and will alert the user on entry and exit into particular geo-fences via voice prompts stored in the phone.
For example, if the user enters geo-fence 'home', the webserver should send a command to the tracking device to play a pre-recorded voice prompt 'You are now entering your home, welcome!' stored in the phone memory, just for example.
The geo-fences will be classified into types so when one creates a geo-fence, they specify which type of geo-fence it is. For example if you create a geo-fence for a town, you select the type as 'Town'..
It will also alert the user and the web administrator when overspeeding and store records of overspeeding events.
The website should be able to push new voice prompts and software updates etc to the phone over the air (OTA).
The mode of communication between the server and the tracking device will be data, not sms.
The website should have ability to define user privileges, generate reports, and have Paypal wallet for payments by users.
