BSC Blockchain Smart Contract

I am looking to create a smart contract on the BSC blockchain with the following details: - STAKING : the starting percentage will be 8% with a 1% increase every 24 hours - INITIAL STAKE : Loss of initial stake to interest - SPONSORSHIP : MLM whose percentage will be taken from the global staking as on stakr.finance. The sponsor will be able to withdraw what his sponsored friends bring him at any time. - FEES : 15% that goes to my developer wallet for each withdrawal - PRE-LAUNCH: people will be able to add bnb's to the staking even before the project is officially launched, but withdrawals will only be possible after the official launch - WITHDRAW : people can withdraw at any time what they are allowed to withdraw Here is a concrete example: Let's assume that the site will be officially launched on 1 March 2022 (this is an example and not reality) with a daily RPA of 8%. Jane discovers the site on 24 February 2022 at 10:00 am and sponsors John. As a result of the referral, John bets 100 bnb on 24 February 2022 at 10.15am, Jane wins 8% of John's bet, i.e. 8 bnb which she can withdraw whenever she wants, John will no longer have access to his original 100 bnb, as what is put on the site is put into staking and is irretrievable, But John will be able to withdraw 6.8 bnb (i.e. 8% of what he originally put in - 15% of the fees on the withdraw) on 02 March 2022 from 10.15am and on 03 March from 10.15am he will be able to withdraw 6.8 bnb again and so on, John may not withdraw his interest every day if he wishes and in that case he will benefit from the 1% daily interest rate increase, i.e. instead of earning 8bnb per day he will earn 9bnb if he has not made any withdrawals, but as soon as he makes a single withdrawal his interest will increase to 8% forever unless he puts back the equivalent or more of what he had withdrawn and in that case he will be able to benefit from the 1% daily interest rate increase again on the whole of his stake. The 1% daily increase cannot make the overall rate exceed 30%, which means that the maximum rate a person can have is 30% per day. As you can see, the aim is to get people to hodl and not withdraw immediately. Please contact me with what you have already done in the field, your rate for this work and the delivery time.
