I have over 30 years heavy software development experience as both a software architect and as a serious, hands on software developer. Started and ran my own software company for 20 years. My proposal is that I write a simple executable using Microsoft .Net Framework and the C# programming language. This executable will be a standalone executable and will not require FileZilla or any other FTP software. It will simply use capabilities that are native inside of the .Net Framework to transfer the file via the FTP protocol. I am semi-retired now and am doing small jobs just to keep busy. If you accept my proposal, my first step will be to email you with a few questions on details. I will then write a small document that will document how the application will work. I'll write this in the form of a user manual, and ask you to review and approve the content of the manual. If anything changes during development, I'll update this manual and provide with the final deliverable.
