Add data analysis module to Codeigniter MySQL application

We require a developer to write data analysis module for our survey application. We are looking for real time analysis of web-based data entry with less than 2 seconds lag time. Specifically, the developer will be required to demonstrate data analysis function as the data is being entered, using sharp visualization (d3js charts for example). The developer will also program certain statistical tests (t-test, chi square, correlations) so that data can be statistically compared in real time. We already have front end design for the visualization in bootstrap html, ready to be implemented. The programmer will then successfully integrate this module into existing software application. He must develop it in PHP using MVC and Codeigniter framework. We are working with MySQL database. The programmer must submit source code and documentation at the end of the work.
