We are accountants. I am trying to find an online signature system that sends the same document out to around 500 email addresses. It is an engagement letter. I may be interested in having a bit of software written as I cannot find a system that does this.
So ideally I would like send the attached engagement letter to all my clients via email - Outlook perhaps.
It is a standard document. Not personalised for each client.
I then want each client to esign a copy. The system would then send me an email back to confirm the client has signed and attach a copy of the signed copy.
Each copy has to be individual. I don't want one copy signed by 500 people. I want 500 copies signed individually.
