As described in the project description, you want radio/checkbox data of your form to be shown in the corresponding PDF file using FPDF. You want the selected value to be displayed in PDF file. As the data is sent using POST method, it will contain the value of selected radio/checkbox field. So, when you receive the POST data, a condition can be applied to check if radio/checkbox field(selected) value is there. Then conditional statements can be written to show the values which are displayed in the form. You may provide your code examples. Thanks.
