Need new cpanel server built on cloud and websites migrated to new server

Need experienced IT programmer to build new mac cloud server on [login to view URL] to include apache linux cpanel. Then transfer all client websites from separate servers on linode that do not have cpanel but have database and ssh access. Must also migrate all mail for associated websites from another server on linode that has a centos server for all the clients email. Also need programmer to verify all sites moved properly or fix configurations if didn't move properly, and that all mail is moved and fix any mail configurations if changes need to be made, or assist clients if they have to change any settings in their mail programs. Will need training on new cpanel server on how to allocate php memory limits to various customers, limit bandwidth, setup emails, add ssl certificates, etc. Will need to provide support for at lease 60 days after server is built to cover any unforeseen issues and make sure new server running smoothly for clients. Most websites are currently built in drupal, but want to be able to add wordpress, would like the wordpress one step creation ability. Need spam malware software included on server to be able to check server itself and all the websites individually. need Free Let's Encrypt SSLs. After that 60 day guarantee period, programmer should be available to support on a small paid basis. must have experience building mac cpanel servers and migrating emails. must be willing to solve issues and help with a smooth transisition
