Need someone to build or create a CRM for a wedding and event planning company, needs to have the following capabilities -
Add all client info - Names of clients, Emails, Phone numbers, address, wedding dates
Add All vendor info - Company name, Contact Person, Email, Phone number, Catagory
Add each vendors description and items for hire / sale and pricing (maybe multiple options)
For example -
Hair and makeup -
Option 1-Hair and makeup with airbrush $200
Option 2 - Hair and makeup for bridesmaid - $180
Option 3 - Hair only - $100
Need to have Quoting template to be able to pre populate clients details as well as select from above catagories to select vendors and packages to make up quote.
Typically this would include

with multiple options to choose from for company as well as sub catagories for packages and pricing for each company
Basically a fast easy way for us to quote clients by just selecting each vendor and package.
Needs to be user friendly with option to update pricing, descriptions and extra catagories as we go as well as give each vendor our own rating.
