Developing Multiple Wordpress Sites [Continuous Collaboration ]

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Wordpress Developer who can collaborate with us on the development & management of the Wordpress sites we offer to our clients. Basically, we develop most of our websites based on one extensive template that is allowing us to develop almost any responsive design concept very quickly and easily. But sometimes, we'll need to extend the core functionality of the template by integrating third-party plugins or developing our own back-end code. For this purpose, we require that the selected freelancer would: - Get familiar with the template we're adopting (We'll provide a walk-through and a detailed online documentation) - Be experienced with Wordpress interface, Visual Composer, Popular plugins, Custom Post Types, etc... - Be experienced in the Wordpress template hierarchy, Theme / template development and extension (.php files, Wordpress loop, plugins development, etc...) - Be experienced with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Responsive Design, etc... (Extensive design skills are not necessarily required. But a good design taste is a plus.) The scope of work would also include hosting, publishing, testing, and managing the Wordpress sites we create. We partner with a reliable Managed Wordpress provider which makes these tasks much more easy and quick. In this scope, being familiar with Git is a plus. The selected freelancer would have to collaborate and coordinate with only one web developer from our end. Communication would happen via freelancer, email and skype / Google hangout. We're looking to build a long-term relationship with the selected freelancer as long as both sides are happy with the work process. For the first 1-3 months, we're expecting to require 10 to 15 hours per week. However, this could be extended gradually as needs may arise.
