I am using [login to view URL] to chat with my online customers. I want to integrate Twilio, or other text messaging service, with Intercom so that I can chat with customers via text messages though Twilio.

Someone who understands all of the features and services that the Twilio platform offers is preferred. I am guessing using webhooks would be the best way to achieve this, but am open alternative solutions. We would like any webhooks or other software to be written in PHP/Laravel to integrate with our existing back-end.

Please propose how you would go about achieving this.
