Develop Wordpress User Analytics Dashboard With API Functions

Hi I need a wordpress user dashboard developed that allows a user to integrate and display their Google AdWords account, Google Analytics, Mailchimp account, and Purechat account (chatbox to texting software). A wordpress plugin called "SkyStats" has already been developed that displays this information and can be used on multiple sites. I need the code to be copied from skystats and integrated into my user dashboard so each wordpress user will basically have their own "SkyStats dashboard. See [login to view URL] for more details. All I need is a wordpress template file developed that is linkable to the wordpress navigation bar that includes everything above. I have included an example of what I want the front end of the site to look like. It needs a sidebar navigation on the users dashboard page that has tabs that link to the different analytics as well as access by a button that pops up in a small window on my webpage to only a user's Google Adwords account and MailChimp account that they can manage. When they initially click on the "My Dashboard" tab each tab needs to say "Setup" and they click it and then link there accounts and after they are done it shows them their analytics as well as a button on the Google AdWords and Mailchimp page to manage their account.
