Design a website for project

THIS JOB IS JUST TO WRITE UP SPECS FOR THE WEBSITE! Need someone who can convert my website concept into text format that so I can post it as a Project on Freelancer, it will have some complexity so will have to set milestones and time limits to build stages. The website is for a Music teaching business and will have a scheduling system attached to it. I want the website to have a 3 portal login, for Admin, Teachers and Students. Scheduling system will handle multiple schools, teachers and students and allow for easily adding another school etc. At completion the website will be very mobile friendly for Students and Teachers perhaps with an APP if necessary. Student login- can see running notes left by teachers each week -can see what lessons they have attended or missed. -can purchase books etc -can pay for lessons -can cancel lessons within set criteria (ie. 24hours before lesson) text message sends to teacher. Teacher login- can view schedule -can leave notes for each student - can email or sms (single or group) students - mark what lessons were done each week which will effect pays Also want to encompass office processes within the website, At this point, I am entering customer data into 3 different systems, (Xero accounting, Excel schedule, Direct Debit system) I know this can be simplified with API's and realize i may need a CMP. English needs to be excellent, will have to talk on phone or skype to go though a few more details. Thanks Paul.
