Design/Implement Two WordPress Pages

Hello, My current website is (link removed) - it's a car wash/detailing website. I need you to design/implement two simple pages listed below. The two pages MUST be completed within 10 hours. I believe this is more than enough time to implement these two simple pages. Pages: Media Blasting - This page will look like competitor page seen here - (link removed). Page Features: 1.) There must be a form where users can "Request Quote". We can simply use a plugin for this. The form will have fields "Name, Phone Number, Email, Quantity (drop-down menu), Message, and a spot for user to upload images. Once user clicks submit, the information including images will be sent to my email. This most likely will all be done with simple form plugin to save time. No need to re-create the wheel. 2.) This page will also have a spot where I can easily upload pictures of my work. Once again, a plugin will probably be best here. I'll have before and after pictures I’ll upload.
