As per my understanding we need to do following : 1. Whenever you disapprove the atricle then it will ask for some comment and when you submit the comment then that author of the artcle get an email with the link to that article and with your comments. 2. On the article there will be one more option that do not pay but do not delete. When you click on it then it will send email to author with this details and with a link...
