Looking to hire someone to do some minor customization to php sever monitor which is open source PHP tool. [login to view URL] I'm looking to accomplish the following: Add a new table called: "Clients" (Name, Address) Add a new table called: "Locations" (LocationName, LocationID) Adding a Server Should have a few additional choices which should be saved to the database 1) "Category": with multiple choice options: FOBS, NVR, CAMERA, WIFI, ROUTER. 2) "Client": Should be a dropdown with all the client choices from the 'clients' table 3) "LocationName": This should just be a dropdown from the Locations table and it should save the LocationName and the LocationID to this table. On the Status page, I need a way to filter with several filters: 1) by LocationName and or 2) by "Category" and or 3) by "Client" I need this right away.
