Customize my Magento Multi Site

hello
i have been created a magento mulit site for my customers. i have converted my site to marketplace and vendors to add items. i'm looking for a company who can help me with this. i want to deal with the company so i can finish my project on time.
So far i have set my self as a super admin and created sub admins now i have to block few tabs in magento so customers can not view them. Also i want to make some extensions for site view so customer can change them..
