Customize Cobalt CCK in Joomla Site

Hello guys, I am using cobalt on my site, to display Movies and Persons Database.
I have made 4 sections: Movies, TV shows, Actors and Directors.
Each of them has about 15 fields.
Info About Site:
Joomla Version -3.4.5
Template -Shape 5 Helion
Extensions Used on Site - Easysocial.
What I need to do:
1. Template for Records List - It must be simillar to this: [url removed, login to view]
2. Tempalte for Record View - It must be simillar to this: [url removed, login to view] , but with some differences which I will explain then.
3. Create simple field which will get information about movie rating from [url removed, login to view] when I will type url of this movie in input and then to show its rating on my site.
4. I need a button in Record view(only for Movies and TV Shows) which will give possibility to user to add movies to lists with titles: Plan to watch, Watched, On hold, Currently watching. I don't know it must be field or something different, but this lists must be displayed in Easysocial profile of user, for this must be used Cobalt and Easysocial integration application.
So if you will observe [url removed, login to view] you will guess what I need.
Bootstratp is not needed in 1, 2 items, simple css will be enough
