Customise Directory Javo theme

Need an experienced developer /web designer familiar with WordPress customisation I would like to make an online directory website with Javo theme, where I charge subscribers a minimal fee for subscribing to the site and by doing so, they will be able to place their hotel info and location in the site. Companies that want to list have a dashboard to manage their profiles and have to pay to list (via the platform) - Administrator needs to be able to manage listings, see stats, manage content easily, However, I'm open for any other good template suits the requirement. I need to have the following features; Please note that theme will be extended in near future. Preferred colour for theme : orange – pink - green Design must be professional , presentable and responsive. 1/ Add Subscriber contact form : Customer must login before subscribe informations hotel Listing 1 : free Listing 2 : paid Listing 3 : paid Payment integration via PayPal , master card , visa,…. with billing Customer must have ability to login and change his informations 2 / header : insert logo - favicom – register – sign in ( top bar right corner). Footer : sitemap - contact us - Widgets : translator – online visit counter – Left Research Sidebar 1 : research Deals , show how many deals have for each filter. Sidebar 2 : We Recommend For You Sidebar 3 : Add placeholders for advertisement , 3 / search form customization : search 1 : interactive map with pins – grid view – list view search fields 2 : country – city – hotel name ( upload and insert liste worldwide countries and cities) search / filtering function : sort by ( horizontal menu) Search result must display list in order paid listing 3 then 2 then free listing : Paid listing 3 (background color must be different ) Paid listing 2 : Free listing : Include buton “more details” on result search 1 / detail Page hotel (listing 3) 2 / detail Page hotel (listing 2) In your offer, list previous experiences with building directory websites / listing and search forms , or Wordpress experience The developer must be confident he can implement the above features so please investigate and research the theme before submitting your proposals and provide quote. The payment will be made 30% on award, 30% on agreed milestone, balance 40% on completion. Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I will take full ownership of all code and copyrights.
