As I understand this project, You have a system where only one user can register and manage items. You want to add feature to allow more than one user to register and manage their own items, and also each of this user to create more accounts for him, for example userA has two credentials: john1 and john2 with different passwords but both of them will manage userA items. I will need more details about Your current system (framework/database/php version) and a demo if possible.
