We need a Wordpress site where we can have the following:
- a person's form to be filled with data about the person by a secretary.
- a booking system to book an appointment for the person with one of the experts already registered in the backend.
- when the appointment is made, a manager receives an email about it, and can approve the appointment for it to be published.
-After approval, an email goes to the chosen expert for the appointment
- The expert has a form to fill during the appointment. All the forms of all the experts are saved for the manager to view.
- The secretary and the manager can see all the appointments
- The experts can see their own appointments only.
- There will be 5 branches. Each center has its own data. And the manager of each branch can only see the data of his branch.
- A higher manager must be able to see the data of all the branches combined.
- Need for basic reports I already started with something using a mix of premium plugins:

* Booked Calendar Feeds (Add-On)

* Easy Forms: Advanced Form Builder and Manager
* wpDataTables / Report Builder
* The7 Wordpress Theme
Total user roles: 3 (secretary/expert/manager for each branch) + 1 super admin role that can see all data.
Total branches: 5 (each of the 3 roles above can see data within its branch only)
