Using MachForm Cloud, first you'll need to configure a form to automatically send the form data to our server (using the webhook feature of MachForm) and then build the PHP script that will pull the data directly from the MachForm MySQL database and display it in a dashboard or table type of display. Must be mobile friendly.
As well, I'd like to have a gauge with an arrow, or a horizontal line bar with various colors in each section to represent the status and have an indicator/arrow to show the last entered status. The status would be entered in the form, and that field in the form would tell the gauge where to put the arrow to indicate the status.
So, on a page of our website (WordPress), there would be a colored dynamic realtime gauge/meter at the top indicating what the current (last entered status) is, and below that there would be a table or "dashboard" view that lists the relevant fields from the last submitted form (date, time, status - 1, 2, 3 4, or 5 - and the text that is entered in a few fields indicating the available bed numbers for 4 categories/units). Must look good on any device (desktop or mobile device). Must be url-based (so users can view this "dashboard" via a url link).
We are using MachForm for the data entry (the form). We are hosted on HostGator. Website is on WordPress.
Ideally, I would like to see a mockup of what the page would look like (what you'll create) before beginning the project.
