Create a mySQL database based and display it in a page.

I would like a PHP script that allows me to extract all the data in a e-commerce website, upload them to a MySQL DB and display it in a page. I need the table: title, brend, model, article, price, photo, the description, etc. The pricing information needs to come back into our system where we can apply the appropriate rules to set our own pricing in turn.
