Create a dynamic Form using RS FORM PRO

ONLY RS FROM PRO USERS PLEASE Hello, I am looking for a freelancer that can develop the following dynamic form: This is a form for a camp booking for children. 1º input of child information (date of birth, etc) 2º the client can select multiple and unlimited days from a calendar. example: 5th of august, 22 of august, 21 september 2.1º each day = £25 3º the client can add additional children 3.1 Input of child information (date of birth, etc) 3.2 this additional child can select to have the same dates as the initial child OR 3.3 this additional child can select multiple & unlimited dates from a calendar. 4º more additional children can be added with the same options as 3º 5º the grand total is always visible and updating as user select dates. 6º Option to pay with paypal the total.
