I require a very fast wordpress template to be built from scratch. The design is complete. This task does not require a designer - it requires a coder. It's simply a matter of building a wordpress template to a detailed design specification (with plenty of graphical examples) and a complete step-by-step wireframe to follow. This is not a design task it is a technical implementation task. The WP template will need to be built with speed and SEO in mind. If you do not know how to make a LIGTHNING FAST wordpress website; optimised for SEO; then please do not apply. Final payment will be contingent on performance - and a BONUS is available for high quality work! This task requires a high level of skill - please do not apply if you have only basic to moderate experience. This is an advanced task with a high expectation of quality.
