Create a Wordpress Template : Developed a Wordpress based website

Environmental Source Samplers, Inc. is currently sourcing a Web Developer who have extensive knowledge of WordPress, working with WordPress themes, and with an eye for design. We currently have an existing website: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] We are an air quality consulting firm that specializes in air emissions testing, sales of testing equipment, and air quality consultations. We've have been operating since 1979 and is a firm with one of the most extensive knowledge of air quality testing within our industry. Thus, we are looking to upgrade our existing website up match that of a more modern and engaging look and feel. What you will be doing: You'll be working during the duration of this project up to lunch, and a few weeks of needed support afterwards, with the country director of ESS Philippines to create and design an updated website, one that will run on WordPress framework and accompanying themes. What you can look forward to: -Working closely with marketing team and director to ensure project requirements are understood -Performing a technical analysis of requirements Writing clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements -Tackling UX problems -Ensuring high level of quality What you expected to know: -Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level: Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions -Creation of custom post types -Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards -Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code -Theme/Template integration -Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multisite) -Knowledge of WordPress best practices and security -Accomplished web application developer with some production-quality cloud-based application work under your belt -Strong PHP/MySQL background -Well versed in CSS, HTML, AJAX and JavaScript -Public example of code contribution and/or portfolio of work -Excellent writing and communication skills -Photoshop slicing -Misc coding for various applications (social media,email marketing, CRM, etc -Extensive knowledge of internal SEO optimization -Expert in WordPress Site Migration (knowledge of domain registration, DNS settings & management, MX Records, and setting up and maintaining WordPress servers) -Aware of WordPress security pitfalls and follow best practices to ensure tight security -Working knowledge of Adobe Suite coupled with a brilliant design aesthetics This is project based, and we have a deadline on July 18 to complete website launch, SEO optimization, and support finalization. Some Notes: 1. ESS in house team will be the ones constructing about 50% of the design, however, if you are able to see what we can't see, we will gladly take your ideas and improvements. 2. Content (words) will be developed all on our end. 3. Please have a keen eye for image design and layout to make website beautiful.
