We are launching a YouTube channel and needs a site with following requirements : 1. Users can register and can upload their videos ( either youtube link or upload on our server ). 2. There will be specific categories for uploaded video. 3. We need to show some terms and conditions before they can upload video. 4. Admin should be able to manage the uploaded videos. He should be able to download any video also. 5. We can use any existing video theme on wordpress which if required can be customised. Budget : $100. We will buy the suggested video theme. Its a work of maximum 2 days.
