Create a WordPress Template

Scope of work -I have two websites that I created myself [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with WordPress and I am looking for WordPress professional. -I created [login to view URL] last year for learning purposes to help members to study for electrical test to earn electrical license, it has a finished program for practice tests “practice exams” (questions and answers) and lessons pages that are not finished yet (not required to be finished by whoever gets this project) [login to view URL] has membership plugin and payment method already set up and everything work fine. -I created [login to view URL] recently for my new business (electrical contractor services) and not all pages are complete yet (not required to write anything in the pages but suggestions are welcome). -Both websites are hosted in [login to view URL] and login credential are upon request if needed. -If you think you can add any text or correct any text and make the content more professional as electrical services provider go ahead and I will pay extra for that. -I want to combine the two websites under [login to view URL] and enhance the way it looks, change the pictures if possible. -Under E-Learning tab, is where I want the content of my other website ([login to view URL]) to be with same theme as [login to view URL] and its menu in the side just like the way it is in neatelectric.com. -I want to get rid of whatever in the footers and put “copyright statement…” -All pictures and background pictures are randomly chosen from online, feel free to replace/resize any of them for better look. (extra $ for better job) -I want the loading time for the website to be faster. -I want it to look somehow like this websites [login to view URL] -I want to add facebook (icon) and it’s up to you to put it wherever it will look best. -This is going to be an extra work other than combine the two websites and clean the for better professional lookI want a space (or cloud) where I can login and upload/download files related to my electrical projects (I do have up to 1 free G in [login to view URL] if this is going to help any other suggesting will be welcome and rewarded) -I am open to any new idea that will make the website more efficient and professional and I will pay extras for any extra good work that I approve. -After I get the result as far as professional look for the overall website and setup the login to download and upload files, I will take care of the rest and add text and other lessons maybe other pages. -I suggest that you first navigate through both websites and also go to exam preparation tab in [login to view URL] and click on free practice test to have an idea about what the website is about, also make a backup copy for what I have now in case something didn’t work so I wont loose what I have done so far. Do not delete pages even they are not used, I will do do cleaning after final website. -Any suggestion or help on how to protect or save all what in the website will be much appreciated and leading to extra $ for you.
