- I want the following coding done: The complete Form Responses 1 sheet (except column A S. No.) in the above-mentioned Google Spreadsheet should be displayed on a web page (most recent first). The first page should have 20 entries. Next page should have 20 entries and so on.
Here's how various columns should be displayed:
Checkbox - A checkbox should come in the first column (instead of S. No.) for those rows which have empty Invite code column. For rows which already have invite code in column C, there should be an non-editable click in front of the row
Timestamp - Should be non-editable
Invite Code - Should be non-editable for already issued invite codes. For other rows, as soon as someone clicks on the checkbox in front of the row, a random 10-character invite code should be filled up in the Invite code column for that row
Name - Should be non-editable
email Id - Should be non-editable
Invite Issued On - Should be blank to begin with. Once the user clicks on the check box, this should be filled up with today's date. If the invite is already issued, this should have the date on which the invite was issued. The user should not be able to change this date
Valid Till - Should be blank to begin with. Once the user clicks on the check box, this should be the next day's date by default and the user should be able to pull down a calendar and change the date to any day today / tomorrow / any day after tomorrow
Remarks - Should be a Text box for invites not issued so far. Should be un-editable field once any remark is saved (doesn't matter if the invite is issued or not - if the user fills something then it should be saved on submit)
phone - Should be non-editable
- There should be a Submit button on the page. Once the user clicks on the relevant check boxes and fill-up remarks for the rest of the editable rows, all the data should be saved back to the Google spreadsheet.
- Additionally on Submit, an invite mail should be sent to each row, whose checkbox has been clicked. The mail format can be provided. The text of the mail is standard except for 3 fields - Name, Invite Code, Valid Till Date - these should be mail merged in the given format
