Create Web-based Application for Sports Broadcasters

I am looking to develop a web-based application that allows sports broadcasters to login, view and edit statistics (via data entry and imported/scraped HTML tables) and produce printable formatted sheets (based on provided templates) to use on air. The entire project is based on an Excel spreadsheet that I have used and refined over the last four years. Application should have the following functionality: • Responsive design • Able to achieve same functionality on any device • Able to have users login (registration done by admin on backend, not by user) and store their information (projects, published PDF’s, etc) • Able to import/scrape web-based data and refresh (pull latest version) data minimum once daily • Able to produce a ‘live’ version of the end product as users work on it • Able to have functionality added at future dates such as (but not limited to): o More screens and user options o User data entry on game details that can be displayed on main published sheet I have included a PDF example of what the final formatted sheet would look like and for the successful candidate I have screen drawings, workflow descriptions and a more in depth write up. Currently I am seeking quotes before moving forward. Timeline for completion is April 2017.
