Create Plugin to connect Gravity Forms to Mautic

My local nonprofit is about to begin using Mautic (self-hosted) as our CRM, and we need a way to add our wordpress leads. We (a bunch of non-coders), solely rely on Gravity Forms, and we want to be able to configure per-form feeds that will send the info over to Mautic. Within each Form, we want to be able to: -Add/Update Leads in Mautic and their individual fields (choosing which form fields GF sends to the CRM) -Add leads to Lists in Mautic (based on a GF form field). There is discussion of this in the Mautic Forums (and clearly people have been getting it to work), but the code is too complex for us to understand.
