Hi, What I have understood is that you need to convert your zencart theme into simple HTML/CSS theme so that you can simply use it as a static HTML Website and instead of Add to cart you need to send visitors to other websites (with affiliate links). You of course don't need signup, login, checkout and other e-commerce functions too. Please provide me link to your website and I will create a responsive template for you with all of your content.
