Configure rule for Mail.app to change subject and send to evernote notebook

I want you to create for me a mail rule that will take the messages I designate by the rule and perform the following actions 1. Change the subject line to include this text a. <text I specify> b. <Date that the email the rule is applied to was sent> c. <text I specify> d. <Year email was sent> e. forward it to the email account I designate f. mark the message read and move the message to the trash mailbox This is for an evernote workflow. An example of what I want it to do is to set the rule up to look for deposit notifations from chase bank (I can program this filter on my own), then forward that message to evernote with a subject that looks like: Chase Deposit 5-21-15 @Deposits #2015 This message will get forwarded to evernote, marked read, and moved to trash. the changes in the subject line will give the note a good name, send it to the evernote notebook called "Deposits" and tag it with the year of the deposit.
