Clone an SVGweb project but with a different country map

i need an extremely urgent project that needs to be done ASAP. i need to clone [login to view URL] but with a different SVG map that i have of another country. the clone should have the same facilities, like change color of state and also ability to save the map into the database as per the current map. i have the source code of the current site , if you need to use it. i need to add the following facilities to it. is to update the status from the database. i need this within the next 6 hours.
