Clean Up Wordpress Site

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can help me to finalise a Wordpress site:
1) Tidy up the CSS/layout on the page: it's not a difficult task, only need to take a couples of hours to do. We have a really long document page and I need someone likes to go through each line to make sure the layout looks prefect (Both Desktop & Mobile view!)
2) Need a function that can display different content, based on the question users pick:
Currently we have a Typeform on the homepage, there are 2 multiple select questions in this form:
Step 1: A or B
Step 2: C or D or E (multiple selection)
Say people can pick
A + D,
or B + D + E,
or A+ C + D + E,
etc.
I installed a WP plugin called "WordPress Conditional Content", which can handle the URL parameters, however, this plugin is not 100% ideally, for example, if I have some contents need to display in both C and D, when users select option C and D, the contents will display twice.
Looking for fresh solution - custom JS codes are fine.
I will send the WP source codes to the success candidate.
