Changes on a Webform with a Backend

We have a simple Webform with some Input fields like Images, Dropdown fields and Text inputs.
In the Backend, there is a Searchable Table with Main informations.
The problem is, that the table loads complete data sets from the database. So we want, that the System loads only Data per Page. Like the first 50 data sets on first page and only if you click on Page 2, the System loads the next 50 Datasets but the Searchfield has to search in the complete Database.
Also we need there some severals Optimizations in the Frontend Form.
-The webform gives the opinion to upload images. But once you have chosen an image, you can´t delete it, so you have to reload page to clear the picked image. there has to be a delete selectes image button marked as an X on the right top corner of the thumbnail.
