Build a news paper website

Mechanics: The website will be used to view a newspaper. Clients should be able to sign-up on the site and receive newsletters. There should be a contact info area also. The site will need a payment gateway example - Payfast - so that registered clients can pay to become premium members. Premium members are the only people who will be allowed to view the newspaper content. These paying users will receive an additional password each week which allows access to the newspaper section. There should be a system in place that prevents the users from having multiple logins. There should also be an administrator panel. This panel must allow management of the registered users. Example - add, remove or suspend a client. E-mail box to send an email directly from the site to us. Visual appearance: Please try to remain true to the default scheme used in the other websites. The website must contain an area where the newspaper articles can be read, this page must be true to a real newspaper page. The articles must be set out in the same manner as a real newspaper. Please see the reference regarding the appearance. If possible an interface which allows website journalists to add articles to the newspaper section. These articles will then have to remain inactive until a website administrator confirms the article before becoming active on the newspaper section. If possible an interface to add or remove adverts on the newspaper section. All previous articles must be \"archived\" and kept so clients can go back and view them.
