Build a matrimonial Website - read discription before bid on this project

Budget $30 -$40 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] message [login to view URL] phone number. *free member can click "interested" button. when they click that button that profile want get a notification that want to say "XXXXXXX (name) intrested in your profile" *Only premium members can send message to other profiles and premium members only can view phone number. *premium members able to send messages to other profile.(all profiles can receive message) *when premium member click in "view phone number" button , phone number should appear inside that button. *there should 3 type of premium members.1st type can contact( send message or view phone number)only 50 profiles for 3 months,2nd type can contactonly 120 profiles for 6 months, 3rd type can contact only 300 profiles for 1 year. *when free member click in message or view phone number buttons ,it want to say that "upgrade your profile to premium to view phone number/send message" and it want to show these 3 type of premium plans and also it want to tell the user "call +9477000000 to upgrade your profile to premium"
