Build a site where users can sign up for IP video streaming, Each camera will be on wireless network and viewer must scan the camera IP address, pay online, then get a token, password to view the stream from the camera. This token must be valid for a period of time. The viewer can invite other people to view the same stream, without paying. Integrate with [login to view URL] video streaming service. Must be responsive design.
