Build a beautiful web page to eventually evolve into a web app

We are a financial services firm based in Perth, Western Australia. we require a web page to be built for wordpress which can do the following:
- look awesome;
- be really easy to navigate;
- have a few pages where people can find information about us and submit contact forms, etc.;
- have a "fact finder" web form as a page on the site where our clients can fill in any details we need from them, as well as upload any documents;
The fact finder
- clients can fill in the form at any time
- clients need to be presented with links and have to select some checkboxes to acknowledge they have read certain documents;
- we will then need the website to generate a PDF output of what information the clients have entered including a summary of the attachments they have provided.
- a copy of the PDF will need to be sent to our office and the client; and
- the attached uploads will need to be available either via a direct email to us, or in some kind of database connected to the website.
Other:
- it would be great for us to be able to edit the data on the website, such as the wording and content of the forms;
- we will want to be adapting this form into a full blown web app with increasing functionality, so rest assured, there will be more requirement for services after this first stage
