Build a Website to get Instagram API access

I need to create a submission to gain access to the new Instagram API (not sandbox mode).
In order to do so Instagram now requires a live video demo of the website interfacing with a sandbox version of the API. See information here: [url removed, login to view]
I will provide the Instagram API key for Sandbox mode.
You will create a simple website that integrates with the API using simple features such a search bar and the dynamic generation of results (e.g., pie chart based on hashtags)
Then I will need to create a video of the website in use (logging in and using API features)
The important thing is access to the Instagram API. I want tenders only from people who have done this before. Importantly I do not want SANDBOX API I need to be registered for the full Instagram API.

From the website (for the video):
Provide a link to a video screencast showing the experience in your app. Please show how your integration uses all permissions you are requesting, any interface to moderate content or getting rights to media, and any Instagram login experience. Since your app may be in sandbox mode, you can use data from sandbox users to showcase the integration.
