Build a Website - Land selling

Introduction: We at Sitara have been established in Spain since May 1987. We built the first Lawn Green Bowling Green in Spain. Although Sitara have been building houses since then (please take a look at our website – [login to view URL]). This new unique website will be extending our services featuring a new design to build dream villas in Spain. This is to facilitate the search of suitable land previously uploaded by real estate agents and subsequently have the features of selecting a villa design and other special features uploaded by a selection of architects. As follows: 1. A design of choice for the clients dream villa from the various architects who would have uploaded their many designs (each one having his own unique page to upload his designs from the back end.) 2. When the client chooses the villa there will be various features for the client to look at– e.g. the ability to choose pool designs, thermal/solar heating. Under floor heating. Fencing of different designs, landscaping of the ground, windows etc. These extra features will be on a page of the website. However of course none of this is possible without the client selecting a plot of land and location of their choice in Spain. The web application will be consisting of casual user as well as registered user. The registered user will have ability to send enquiries about the design of the villa/features etc. as per the respective location and have the ability to add to a favourite list added by the admin from the back-end.
