Build a Website

I am looking for someone with experience in building interactive maps. Please use the link to this map as a reference - [login to view URL] - The map I need must be similar with having rings that will be different sizes depending on the volume for each location. - It must have zoom when clicking and scrolling on mouse - Title and description on left side just like the example link - Pop-up window with a description for each location when clicked on each location just like the example link- for this and the last requirement I will provide design mockups - Needs to be set up with a database - MySQL - where my client can upload CSV or another spreadsheet later to add more or update data for the locations - Needs to look just like the mockup I will provide, using background color and map vector I will provide plus the right fonts etc. - My map does NOT need the time line and lines on hover that is in the example I provided. Just the different size rings, zoom scroll, information window to appear when clicked on and ability to to add CSV files to update I will need two of the same maps. They will have different data each and a different background color. Other than that, they will be identical and I will need to add them to a WordPress website.
