I need a experienced typo3 administrator for setting up new but quite simple site for sharing documents in a minor community.

I'm looking for a person that

- Independently have set up several typo3 websites from scratch.

- Knows available extensions and are able to explain which would be the best for this project.

- Independently can create a basic structure according to my instruction.

- Knows how to ensure security, for easily future upgrades and integrity of a database.

- In the future will be able to implement some more advanced features if needed.

Detailed knowledge to TYPO3 with references is essential!!!
